Ballots to be shredded on Sept 3 2022
Unless County Commissioners Pass a Resolution to Save/sequester them
Call each of your county commissioners and ask why they haven’t passed a resolution to stop the shredding of the paper ballots and the destruction of digital records from the 2020 General Election (scheduled for Sept 3, 2022) while there are still unresolved issues which a forensic audit (blocked by our own SOS) would shine light on.
Record the calls and save emails. MN is a one-party consent state for recording conversations.
Here’s a sample draft resolution to prevent destruction. (Please edit for your county.)
