No records of Ilhan Omar's father's naturalization means Ilhan could not have naturalized through her father and would make make her ineligible for a Minnesota Congress seat

And how one citizen figured it out using public data requests and patient persistence

No records of Ilhan Omar's father's naturalization means Ilhan could not have naturalized through her father and would make make her ineligible for a Minnesota Congress seat
A year after making the request, on June 20, 2023, World Refugee Day, AJ Kern received a reply regarding Ilhan Omar’s father’s records

I’ve not met AJ but she has done some great detective work that any citizen can do on any topic. Last year many interested in elections asked for cast vote records. Recently Theft by Swindle was a big topic because MN Statute shows that about 3 million tax-paying Minnesotans are owed $6k by the state government. Now, AJ has discovered big holes in a Minnesota Congresswoman’s naturalization process and apparently no Minnesota representatives have even bothered to respond or thank her for her research. Great job, AJ! Remember, any citizen can do basic data requests like this. It starts by asking questions patiently and persistently. It’s peace we are after.

Below is a letter that was sent to every Minnesota representative, apparently without any reply as of yet:

Dear Rep. __________,

I recently received a response letter from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration federal agency to a request I made in June 2022. This agency processes and maintains records of refugees and immigrants, including naturalization records.

While you may not request records on living refugees, you can make a request of refugees who are deceased. Ilhan Omar's father passed away in 2020.

It took an entire year, but I received the response June 20, 2023. World Refugee Day.

There are no records of Ilhan Omar's father. The letter states,

“We completed a thorough search for records… Unfortunately, we found no matching index reference. Our search included all variations of the subject’s name, including Nur Said Elmi Mohamed with the same results.”

The letter and back story are on my web page:

Ilhan Omar's father did not naturalize. Therefore, it is impossible for Ilhan Omar to have derived citizenship through her father, as a 17-year-old minor, as she claims.

Are you aware that in 2019 Ilhan Omar changed her birth year from 1981 to 1982 on her Minnesota legislative page, Wikipedia, and her U.S. Congressional page? After I published a video explaining that she was actually 18 years old when her father became 'eligible' to apply for citizenship... Omar changed her birth year just a few days later. She had to maintain her story of deriving citizenship through her father as a minor. So, she changed her birth year.

You can also see a video I made at the Minnesota Secretary of State's office where I learned that Ilhan Omar's citizenship was not verified.

The MN SOS does not verify citizenship of the foreign born. The office has adopted a 'Don't Ask Don't Tell' policy. Refugees in Minnesota do not need to officially naturalize to gain all the benefits of being an American citizen. They are voting.

This should not be ignored by the MN GOP.

Minnesota state legislators should file voter fraud complaints against Ilhan Omar with the Hennepin County Attorney's office and with the FBI. It does affect federal elections.

Additionally, the Minnesota Republican members of Congress must initiate an investigation into Ilhan Omar’s citizenship with the Congressional Ethics Committee. Currently Minnesota Congresswoman Michelle Fischbach sits on the Ethics Committee. So, no excuses!

President Trump recently stated during a rally in Erie, Pennsylvania,

"Any Republican that doesn't act on Democrat Fraud should be immediately primaried and get out! Out!"

I am asking that you act on behalf of the people of Minnesota by taking the USCIS letter from ajkern.com and filing voter fraud complaints against Ilhan Omar. Let the Hennepin County Attorney’s office and FBI sort it out. Additionally, look into the Minnesota SOS’s office registering non-citizens to vote.

I thank you for your time,

AJ Kern
