The former member of the Minnesota Senate and sitting county commissioner for District 5, Lisa Fobbe, up for re-election, was ordered to pay fines for violation of campaign finance laws on October 11, 2024:

"The Panel concludes that Respondent shall pay a penalty of $50 for the violation of Minn. Stat. § 211A.02 and $500 for the violation of Minn. Stat. § 211A.12."
